Leading with Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace

Developing your Emotional Intelligence (EI) is essential to be an effective and high performing employee and manager in the workplace. This workshop is designed to encourage you to explore your strengths and areas for developing your emotional intelligence. We will explore the ‘emotional triggers’ and strategies that you can implement to respond to these in an appropriate way in the workplace.
In this workshop we will provide you with an understanding of how you can use emotional intelligence to build effective workplace relationships and work more effectively in a team.

Managing Employee Performance

As a manager, one of your key responsibilities involves managing the performance of your business section and managing the people that report to you. There are many challenges that come with these management responsibilities, both professional and personal.
